With more people using their computers and smart phones to look for employment there's no wonder that its becoming more confusing for employers to decide where to place job ads for people to find them.
The times when you could just look in the news paper has met the times when you just pick up your phone and type jobs into your browser.
The companies that are activity creating a position will definitely have the advantage as most of the world becomes increasingly paperless.
